Jo Hebb’s career has spanned probation, child safeguarding and forensic mental health where she developed offending behaviour focused therapy services with this client group. She has spoken at international conferences and has publications in the field. She currently works part-time for the NPS in Northamptonshire where she acts as the offender personality disorder pathway probation officer. She also works as an expert in sexual and violent offending within the safeguarding arena in the Family Court.
