Serious Further Offence reviews: Promoting a culture of learning in probation
The report of the Inspection of Serious Further Offence Reviews by HMIP indicates significant concerns about the current arrangements for SFO reviews and proposes that the principles of the New View of safety could be adopted particularly to reduce blame and strengthen learning.
