Suki Binning
Chief Executive Officer, Interventions Alliance

Suki Binning is Chief Executive Officer at Interventions Alliance, with over 30 years’ experience across probation, justice and social care. A qualified and registered social worker, she began her career as a probation officer including work with high-risk and sexual offenders, before progressing through senior operational and executive leadership roles.

Prior to Interventions Alliance, Suki served as CEO of Kent, Surrey and Sussex Community Rehabilitation Company, where she oversaw large-scale rehabilitative services and system partnerships. She was also chief operating officer for a large employee owned public service provider leading national delivery of justice, employability and skills services, holding strategic relationships with the UK government departments.  

Suki has deep expertise in domestic abuse, victims, women’s justice and public protection, alongside a strong track record in service design, organisational transformation and performance improvement. She has also contributed at national level through secondments to the Ministry of Justice and leadership roles within major reform programmes.

Her leadership is grounded in frontline experience and focused on delivering effective, evidence-informed services for people with complex needs, while working in close partnership with commissioners and communities.
