Robbie Bourget is Canadian and came to the UK in 1999. She began working for Berkshire Probation Service as a Case Administrator in Slough. Robbie qualified as a Probation Officer in 2005. 

In 2014, Robbie moved into the East Berkshire ACE team, which provided Probation services for the Courts. Since that time, Robbie has provided both written and oral reports to the Courts, as well as assisting her colleagues to deal with their own reports. Robbie has held and managed cases of medium to very high risk of harm, as well as completing both Pre-Sentence Reports and Parole Reports.

Robbie has experienced a great many changes to Probation services over her 23 years with the various iterations of Probation in Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.  She has also provided IT support to colleagues, having done an IT NVQ in her early years with Probation. This continues this work and also provides training support for new starters in the Court teams.

Robbie has been active in Napo, the Trade Union, Professional Association, and campaigning organisation for Probation and Family Court Staff since 2000, taking an active role with the Equal Rights Committee, the National Executive Council, and representing members.
